PAYMENT POLICY

Payment Methods:
- Credit Card: Pool Smart Orange County accepts payment via credit card. We accept all major credit cards, except American Express. Customers can use their credit card for payment convenience.
- Bank Account: Payments can also be made using your bank account. You can provide your checking or savings account details for payment.
- Zelle Payments If you prefer to make payments via Zelle, please contact us, and we will provide you with the required information and instructions to process your payment securely and efficiently. Payment Timeline: Your invoice for monthly service will be sent 5 days before the due date. Per our payment policy, payments are due on the first of each month. Each monthly payment must be received by PSOC in full within 7 days of the invoice date. Adhering to this timeline ensures timely payment for the services provided.
Merchant Transaction Fee: Please note our payment policy, credit card payments will incur a merchant transaction fee. This fee is charged by the bank and is a passthrough expense, not credited to Pool Smart OC. Customers should be aware of this additional cost when choosing to pay by credit card.
Autopay: If you would like to set up autopay, please contact our office at (833) 462-7665. Per our payment policy, autopay payments will be processed on the last day of each month.
