SERVICE HOLIDAYS
Service holidays can affect your regular pool maintenance schedule. Customers need to be aware of our service holiday schedule. Below, are the specific dates when service will not be provided by Pool Smart Orange County.
- One week during Spring: Service holiday dates for our spring holiday may vary from year to year. However, you should receive advance notice of this Spring break from PSOC.
- Thanksgiving week: Our Thanksgiving holiday typically includes the days leading up to and following Thanksgiving Day.
- Christmas week: Pool Smart Orange County’s Christmas break refers to the week leading up to and following Christmas Day.
- New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day: Service will not be provided on December 31st (New Year’s Eve) and January 1st (New Year’s Day) as our team’s families spend time together ringing in the new year.
It’s important to note that missed visits during these service holiday periods will not be made up or revisited. They are already accounted for in your monthly rate. The monthly rate is based on four visits per month However, certain months may allow for 5 visits without additional charge. To compensate for any missed visits, chemistry adjustments will be made. This procedure will ensure that your pool water remains balanced and in good condition.
